By downloading, installing, or using the Shuttler mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tebet LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Shuttler," "we," "us," or "our").
Shuttler is a multi-tenant shuttle management platform that enables organizations such as universities, airports, and school districts to manage shuttle operations, and allows riders to track shuttles and request stops in real time.
The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service platform. Features available to you depend on your role (rider, driver, or administrator) and your organization's subscription plan.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

If you register an organization on Shuttler, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. As an organization administrator, you are responsible for:
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service, including all software, design, content, trademarks, and logos, is owned by Tebet LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, such as organization names and stop configurations. By submitting content, you grant Tebet LLC a limited license to use that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service requires access to location data to function. Drivers share their location while actively operating a shuttle. Riders may use location services to view nearby stops. You may disable location access through your device settings, though this may limit Service functionality.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or completely secure.
Shuttler is a software platform and is not responsible for the physical operation of any shuttle service, vehicle safety, or the actions of drivers or organizations using the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tebet LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tebet LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
